摘　　要：全面介绍了1997年铁路信号事业，以DMIS工程为龙头的战略发展规划，包括深化安全基础建设、实施新运行图、启动DMIS工程、开展第3轮信号中修和推进电务维修技术改革等。In this paper,the development of Railway Signalling in 1997,the strategic plan with concentration in the DMIs project,including enforcingsafety infrastructure construction,the usage ofnew operational graph,the initiating of DMIS project,the proceeding of the third run of signalling equipment intermediate maintenance and the advancement of S & C maintenance system reform are introduced.
