摘  要:对旋转机械升降速过程的振动监测是发现早期转子裂纹故障的最有效方法。通过对带横向裂纹Jeffcot转子在匀加速升速过程的振动特性进行数值分析,结果表明:随着升速加速度的增加,超谐共振和主共振峰值减小并且对应的转速滞后;不平衡量相位角β=π/4时,主共振峰值随不平衡量增大而增大,β=π时,主共振峰值随不平衡量增加而减小;各共振峰值随裂纹的加深而增大。Vibration monitoring during rotating machines run up or run down is the most efficiency method to detect early developing crack in rotors. The vibration behavior of a Jeffcot cracked rotor during startup process is investigated by numerical method in this paper. The result reveals that the ultra-harmonic and critical - harmonic peaks decrease and the relative rotating speeds delay with acceleration increasing, the critical harmonic peak increases with the unbalance increasing when unbalance phase angle β = π/4 and the critical harmonic peak decreases with the unbalance increasing when β = π, ultra-harmonic peaks and critical-harmonic peak increase when the crack depth increases.
