摘  要:目的研究12C6+重离子全身照射对小鼠肝组织中脂类过氧化和血清抗氧化活力的影响。方法采用硫代巴比妥酸法测定重离子6Gy辐照后各组肝组织中脂质过氧化值;采用电子自旋共振自旋捕集技术检测辐照后各组血清对羟基的清除率。结果12C6+重离子全身辐照后46、70、82h组肝组织中脂质过氧化值明显增加,与对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.01),但未出现峰值;辐照后各组血清对羟基的清除率明显下降,其中82h组的清除率最低,辐照后各组与对照组相比差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论12C6+重离子全身辐照能引起小鼠肝组织中脂类过氧化并能使血清抗氧化活力下降。Objective To search the effects of carbon ion whole-body radiation on liver lipid peroxidation and serum antioxidant activities in mice. Methods Electron spin resonance spin trapping was used to detect the scavenging rate of serum to hydroxyl radical; TBA method was used to detect liver lipid peroxidation in mice irradiated by carbon ion whole-body radiation, Results Liver lipid peroxidation increased in the mice irradiated by 6. 0 Gy for 46, 70 and 82 hours and the three dose groups were significandy different from the control (P 〈0. 01 ), but there was no peak value in the dose groups. The scavenging rate of hydroxyl radical decreased in the mice irradiated and all dose groups were sigrtificandy different from the control ( P 〈 0.01 ). The group of 82-hour irradiated had the lowest scavenging rate. Conclusion Carbon ion whole body radiation can leads to increase lipid peroxidation in liver and decrease antioxidant activity of serum in mice.
