摘　　要：目的测定6-8个月龄正常Beagle犬生理指标,为药理毒理学及实验动物学的研究提供参考资料。方法根据本中心制定的标准操作规程（SOP）并参照国内外相关资料对Beagle犬的心电图、血压、呼吸、血液学及血液生化等指标进行检测。结果丙氨酸转氨酶含量雌性为（40.41±8.07）U/L,比雄性的（36.46±6.48）U/L明显升高（P〈0.05）;白蛋白含量雌性为（33.96±2.04）g/L,比雄性的（32.89±1.79）g/L明显升高（P〈0.05）;钠含量雌性也较雄性明显升高（P〈0.01）;γ-谷氨酰转肽酶和钾含量雌性较雄性明显降低（P〈0.01）。结论在本实验条件下,雌雄犬某些指标有差异;本结果可为Beagle犬的实验提供参考。Objective To determine physiological data in 6 - 8 months old normal Beagle dogs for pharmacology, toxicology and laboratory animal science reference. Methods ECG, blood pressure, respiration, hematology and blood biochemistry of Beagle dogs were determined and analyzed in terms of the center＇ s Standard Operating Procedure （SOP） and correlative reference. Results The content of ALT[ （0.41 ±8.07） U/L], ALB[（33.96 ±2.04） g/L] and Na^＋ in female dogs were significantly higher than those of the male [ （ 36.46 ± 6.48 ） U/L, （32. 89 ± 1.79） g/L, P 〈 0. 05 ], while the contents of γ-GT and K ^＋ in female dogs were significantly lower than those of the male （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion In the condition of our studies, we tried our best to reduce the influence factors for results, and the data in this research could provide reference for Beagle dogs＇ experiments.
