摘　　要：针对具体的高速冷挤压凸模进行了凸模材料的选择、磨削与抛光、表面强化等方面的工艺研究。不但使用户大幅度降低了凸模的购置成本,而且使凸模的使用寿命得到成倍的提高。在此基础上深入研究了上述制造工艺的机理。Aiming at the high -speed cold -extrusion protruding die, the technologies including choosing material, grinding and polishing as well as intensifying were studied. Thus not only the purchase cost was reduced, but also the working life of the protruding die was prolonged. On this basis, the mechanism of the manufacture technology is researched thoroughly.
