摘 要:近期日本发展了个别劳动争议处理机制,在诉讼程序外又建立起劳动委员会、劳动局、劳动审判委员会对个别劳动争议的处理制度,强调促进个别劳动争议当事人达成和解。借鉴日本的做法,我国在完善劳动争议处理制度时,应注意预防劳动争议的发生,发动各方力量介入劳动争议处理工作,提高劳动争议处理的效率。Recently, Japan has developed its individual labor disputes handling mechanism. Except for legal action, it has set up the process of the Labor Relations Commission, the Labor Bureau and the Labor Judge Commission. It is emphasized to inspire the person concerned to come together. Referring to the Japanese way of dealing with individual labor disputes, during the process of perfecting our labor dispute handling mechanism, our country should pay attention to take precautions against the occurrence of labor disputes, invite various social forces to get involved in solving labor disputes and improve the efficiency of our labor dispute handling.
