摘　　要：本文对ArcIMS的原理进行了分析,着重论述了ArcIMS的开发方式及实现原理。利用ArcIMS作为地图发布平台,以开发具有数据管理、信息查询、空间分析、辅助决策等多种功能为目标设计开发了四平市地下水资源空间分析系统,研究中通过对ArcIMS的二次开发实现了地下水质、水位动态信息的查询分析,地下水位及地下水资源量的动态预测,降雨量、蒸发量等值线自动生成和地层柱状图自动生成等功能。The principle of ArcIMS is analyzed, and the exploitation mode of ArcIMS and its implement are expounded. Aiming at the functions such as the datum management, information query, spatial analysis, assistant decision-making, the spatial analysis system for groundwater resources of Siping city is established by using ArcIMS as the map base. Through the secondary development on ArcIMS, the functions such as the query, analysis, forecast and the auto creation for the isolines of the rainfall and evaporation and for the columnar section of stratum are realized.
