摘　　要：档案事业的发展,并不限于经济的维系。经济发展因素在档案事业发展中作用的发挥需要来自社会主体及上层建筑的推动,经济发展与档案事业发展并不完全同步。The development of archival undertaking does not only depend on economic support. The role played by economic development in expanding archival undertaking needs to be promoted from the main body of society and its superstructure. Economic development is not in the same pace with the development of archival undertaking.
