摘  要:通过某工程实例,对楼板开洞改造的受力情况用有限元算法进行了分析,并进一步探讨了适用的加固方法。研究表明:对这建房屋楼板进行开洞改造,其楼板的强度和刚度均会有不同程序的削弱,尤以刚度为甚;同时在洞口短边或转角处会出现较大的应力集中,现浇连续楼板在支座部位也会出现较大的主拉应力。因此,在设计加固方案时应予重点考虑。Through a pratical example, the distrilution of applied force surround opened holes during reconstruction was analyyed by use of finite element method, and proper methods of reinforcement were further studied. It can be seen that the strength and stiffness deereased, especially the later. Stress concentration appeared around the shortest edge and the comer of the hole. Increase of tensile stress was also diseovered at the supporting parts of the casted floor. Therefore, move attention should be pain to this foctor during the design of reinforcement program.
