成年人控制圈与主观幸福感的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨成年人主观幸福感的发展特点及控制圈与主观幸福感的关系。方法:采用控制圈(包含个人效能、人际控制和社会政治三个维度)问卷和主观幸福感简易量表对266名被试进行问卷调查。结果:①在主观幸福感各维度上,学生和从业人员两个年龄段未见显著差异,退休人员与前两个年龄段比较有显著变化,表现为生活满意度上升,负面情绪减少,健康感受下降。②个人效能和人际控制感与主观幸福感各维度间均存在显著正相关,社会政治控制感与正面情绪显著正相关。③个人效能和人际控制感对总体幸福感有显著正向预测作用。结论:退休人员的主观幸福感在一些维度上有显著变化,控制圈影响主观幸福感。Objective： To study the developmental features of Subjective Well-being （SWB） and the relationships between Spheres of Control and SWB among adults. Methods： 266 adults participated in the study. Spheres of Control Scale （in which three dimensions are personal efficacy, interpersonal control and sociopolitical control） and a short version of SWB-scale were applied. Results： ①There were no significant differences in SWB between college students and adults at work. As for the retired personnel compared with college students and adults at work respectively, they had higher level of life satisfaction, lower level of negative affect, and lower level of health perception. ②There were significant positive correlations between dimensions of SWB and two dimensions of personal efficacy and interpersonal control respectively. Sociopolitical control was positively correlated with positive affect. ③Personal efficacy and interpersonal control were significant positive predictor of global SWB. Conclusion： The level of SWB changes among the retired personnel in some dimensions. Individuals＇ Spheres of Control impact their Subjective Well-being.
