埋线法和耳颅角成形术矫治招风耳畸形

摘　　要：目的 介绍一种疗效确切,创伤小,矫正招风耳畸形的新术式。方法 应用Mustarde埋线法结合破坏耳前软骨膜的方法形成满意对耳轮,自耳颅沟切口切除1条耳甲软骨和皮肤,将耳甲软骨缝合于乳突骨膜上,使耳廓和乳突的距离缩小。结果 25例共37只耳廓术后随访1-12个月,均获得满意效果,无复发。结论 该术式矫正招风耳畸形具有切口小、创伤轻微、操作简单易行、效果确切、不易复发和并发症少等优点。Objective To develop a new effective operative method to correct protruding ears,Methods Satisfactory anthelix was es-tablished by Mustarde mattress suturing with cartilage membrane disintegrated. One strip of skin and cartilage was removed fi＇om the back of concha with suture of the remaining cartilage to the mastoid periost to decrease the auricle - mastoid angle. Results Twenty - five cases of protruding ears were followed up postoperatively from 1 to 12 months and almost all of the ears achieved satisfactory effects. Both the antelix and auricle - mastoid angle were improved markedly. Conclusions This technique not only is easy and simple, but also has the strong points such as microincision, reliable effect and few complications.
