摘　　要：磁共振胰胆管造影在临床应用中,由于胃肠道内常存有潴留液,影响了胰胆管结构的清晰显示。文章综述磁共振胰胆管成像中胃肠道内口服对比剂的作用机制、分类、成像特点及应用价值。In the clinical application of magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography （ MRCP）, the retention fluid in gastrointestinal tract hinders the clear display of the structure of pancreatic and bile common ducts. The mechanism of action, categorization, imaging characteristics and the value of clinical applications of oral contrast agents in gastrointestinal tract in MRCP are reviewed in this paper.
