摘　　要：在价值链演进的基础上借助微笑曲线分析价值链的增值环节,质疑“内容为王”并勾勒价值链发展愿景。Basing on the evolution in value chain of telecommunications industry, the paper resorts to smile-curve to analyze the value-added link in valve chain, and query about ＂Content first＂. Finally, it sketches the developmental prospect of the value chain.
