摘　　要：汽车工业的快速发展极大地推动了汽车板的生产,并对能够有效达到减重节能目的的高强钢和具有优异防腐蚀性的镀锌板提出了更高的要求。介绍了宝钢新日铁汽车板公司1800mm生产线主要的产品和原料规格,酸洗轧机、连续退火、连续热镀锌的设备配置和制造厂家、规格及技术参数,以及重卷检查、重卷剖分、横剪及包装机组的技术指标,并介绍了生产线过程检测和控制的计算机系统。对1800mm投产两年来的总产量、汽车板产量和供货用户做了说明。With the quick development of automotive industry, the technology level for auto panel production has been raised constantly especially for the galvanized sheet with excellent corrosion resistance and high strength steel with good performance of reducing automobile weight and improving safety. The 1800mm line of Baosteel-NSC/Arcelor Automotive Steel Sheets Co. , Ltd. is introduced in this paper. Particular description of main products and material standards is firstly given. Then the advanced equipments and their technical parameters for CDCM, CAPL, CGL units and process parameters for recoiling and packing units are presented, Finally, a brief introduction of the computer system for process checking and control is given . The total steel production and auto-steel production and main customers are also introduced.
