摘 要:振动痕一直是影响冷轧产能发挥及成材率稳定的一个主要原因。从产生原理分析,认为主要是轧机机架由于某种原因产生了振动,导致轧制力随之波动,并且影响了轧制变形区,变化的轧制力导致带钢厚度波动,从而产生了振动痕。实际生产中,从工艺、设备、磨削等不同专业角度分析,导致振动痕发生的原因是多方面的,不同原因产生的振动痕缺陷的典型形貌特征是不同的。当缺陷发生时,首先应根据缺陷形貌特征区分产生振动痕的不同原因,再找出振动源,并采取正确措施达到消除振动的目的。Vibration marks are always a major cause that greatly affects the yield stability and capacity expansion of a cold rolling mill. In this article the mechanism of vibration marks is presented: The mill housing vibration caused by some factors brings fluctuation in the rolling force, which ultimately affects the deforming zone. Changes in the rolling force would lead to fluctuation in thickness of strips and formation of vibration marks. In real production, analyzed from different angles of specialities, such as the rolling process, equipment, grinding, etc. , there are many factors that would cause vibration marks. Different causes of vibration marks would produce different defect characteristics. When defects appear, the cause of vibration marks should be distinguished on the basis of defect characteristics. Then the vibration source should be found out. And finally, correct measures should be taken to eliminate those defects.
