乳腺癌在16层CT重建技术中的表现

摘　　要：目的通过研究乳腺癌在16层CT重建技术中的表现,探讨16层CT重建技术对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法38例经病理证实乳腺癌病人均经16层CT扫描,然后进行1.25mm薄层重建及MPR、MIP、3D、VR重建,并对38例乳腺癌重建图像的形态特征及其血管、淋巴结显示情况进行列表分析。结果38例中,形态不规则33例,分叶及毛刺32例,多灶5例,密度不均匀18例,12例显示钙化,8例囊变。肿块侵犯基底膜累及胸大肌9例。腋窝淋巴结增大21例,其中2例伴纵隔淋巴结增大。结论16层CT的薄层重建及后处理提供更多显示乳腺癌的图像信息,有助于病变定性。Objective To study manifestations and diagnostic value of breast cancer by 16-slice CT. Methods 38 patients of breast cancer comfirmed by operative pathology were retrospectively studied. They were examined with 16-slice CT and underwent thin slice reconstruction and MPR.MIP.3D.VR. Results In the group were manifested as irregular leision in 33cases,spiculated mass in 32 cases.There were inconsistent density in 18 cases, calcification in 12 cases, cyst in 8 cases.The multiple mass in 5 cases and tumoroid vessels in 34 cases were discovered. Skin thickening, Cooper＇ligament, nipple retraction and duct dilatation, invasion of basilemna were showed in 15 cases, in 8 cases,in 9 cases respectively. The larger lymph node were positive in 21cases in axillary and in 2 cases in mediastinum. Conclusion 16-slice CT with its resconstrunction is the better technique to observe the various manifestations of breast cancer and detect the metastases in the surrounding lymph node.
