摘　　要：给出了Gompertz分布产品的简单步步加试验损伤失效率模型下参数的极大似然估计和拟矩估计,并通过模拟例子说明该方法是可行的.另外,还给出了参数的区间估计.We get the maximum likelihood estimator and inverse moment estimator of parameters of Gompertz distribution based on tampered failure rate model under simple step stress accelerated life testing. Afterwards we show the feasibility of our method through simulation examples. Finally, the interval estimators of parameters are obtained as well in the present paper.
