摘 要:通过对辽×巴杂种二、三代绒山羊横交固定效果分析,二、三代杂种羊的横交后代在产绒量、绒长度上较其父母代均有极显著的改进提高(P<0.01),且绒纤维直径增粗不明显,二代杂种羊横交后代生产性能尤为显著,在产绒量、绒长度及体重方面均极显著高于其父母代(P<0.01),产绒量提高了109.4g,绒纤维长度增加了0.42μm,体重增加了2.9kg。本试验进行了四种组合间配合效果比较,结果显示,辽巴杂种二、三代绒山羊的横交父本以F2代总体效果好,组合形式以♂F2×♀F2组为最佳,♂F2×♀F3组次之。Analysis of the transversely bred second and third generation show that, in comparison to their parents, the offspring of the second and third generation hybrid goats produce better fine hair in terms of quantity and hair length (P〈0.01), with slight diametrical fiber thickening, and the improvement is especially obvious with the transversely bred offspring of the second generation hybrid goats. Four kinds of different combinations were selected to make comparison for the experiments, and the results show that generally generation F2 male parent is the most ideal choice for the second and third generation transverse breeding, the best combination being ♂F2×♀F2 and ♂F2×♀F3 coming the second.
