摘 要:为解决复合性软岩巷道的支护参数问题,针对沙曲矿某工作面平巷进行了锚固支护优化设计.分析了松动圈及离层情况,根据松动圈理论及组合拱理论,并应用锚索的悬挂作用确定了耦合承载区域,并提出耦合支护系统概念.根据巷道稳定安全系数、顶底板相对收敛率和两帮相对收敛率这3个评价指标对3个方案进行了数值计算,给出了巷道锚固支护优化设计参数,确定了最优支护方案.理论计算和现场应用表明:此种锚索联合支护方案效果显著.In order to solve the problem of supporting parameters for complex soft surrounding rock roadways, the bolting support for the entry of working face of Shaqu Coal Mine was optimistically designed. Based on the broken rock zone theory and the combined arch theory, we analyzed the broken rock zone and the bed separation. According to the hanging effect of anchor cable, we determined the coupled loading area and proposed a new concept of coupling supporting. Three different support schemes are put forward and numerically calculated based on three evaluating indexes--the safety index of roadway stabilization, the relative convergence rate of roof and floor, and the relative convergence rate of both sides. Both theoretical calculation and practical application show that the combined support scheme has a very good supporting effect.
