摘 要:通过现场的实际调查,发现由于现有的锚杆支护理论和设计方法的问题,目前锚杆支护煤巷存在3种区域,即支护不足区域、支护适中区域及支护过剩区域.利用离散元软件模拟了锚杆支护煤巷顶板不同应力状态与冒顶危险性之间的关系,得出不同应力水平作用下锚杆支护煤巷顶板锚固体破坏的特征,发现了顶板锚杆受力载荷与冒顶危险性均与应力水平成正比的规律,进而提出了锚杆支护煤巷顶板冒顶危险性的评价指标,并将研究成果应用于生产实践.The in-situ investigation shows that the coal drift supported by bolts exists three zones , which are the insufficiently supported zone, the moderately supported zone, and the over supported zone. According to some researches in the field, the main reason to form different zones is the present support theory and the design method. By using the discrete element software, the relationship between different stress states and roof falling of the roadway supported by bolts is simulated. Breakage characteristic of the anchorage in the roof under different stress levels is obtained. The rule that both stress load and roof falling of the roof bolt are in direct proportion with stress level is obtained. Furthermore, the evaluating index about roof falling of the roadway supported by bolts is also proposed applied in practice.
