柴朴汤对卵蛋白诱导豚鼠哮喘的干预作用与对核因子-κB的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究柴朴汤对豚鼠哮喘模型的预防作用及对核因子-κB(NF-κB)影响。方法:将27只豚鼠随机分成3组,每组9只,以豚鼠哮喘模型症状、肺胞灌洗液、免疫组化法观察NF-κB表达、HE染色观察气道重塑。结果:哮喘模型组哮喘豚鼠症状记分(2.81±0.28),NF-κB表达,模型组(27.3±2.7)%;柴朴汤预防组,哮喘豚鼠症状记分(1.25±0.57),NF-κB表达为(14.5±1.9)%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴朴汤预防性给药,可以减轻豚鼠哮喘发作时的症状,减少炎性细胞(EOS为主)在气道的浸润,机制可能与抑制NF-κB活性有关。Objective： To study the prevention of Chaipu decoction on asthma of cony pig and its influences on nuclear factor - κB. Method： Twenty - seven cony pigs were randomly divided into three groups with 9 cases each group, air duct remodel/ng was observed with symptoms of asthma model, alveolar washing liquid, expression of NF - κB, dyeing with HE. Result： The symptoms score of cony pigs with asthma was （2.81 ±0.28） in asthma model group, the expression of NF - κBwas （27.3 ±2.7 ） % in model group; the score was （ 1.25 ±0.57 ） and the expression of NF - κBwas （ 14.5 ± 1.9 ） % in protection of Chalpu decoction group, the difference between two groups had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Preventive administration with Chalpu decoction can relieve the symptoms in asthmatic attack, decrease soakage of inflammatory cell in air duct, that may be related with inhibiting the activity of NF - κB.
