摘　　要：目的:建立一种测定鼻炎合剂中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC对鼻炎合剂中黄芩苷进行含量测定,HypensilODS2(4.6mm×200mm,5μm)柱为色谱柱,0.4%磷酸液(用三乙胺调pH3.7)-甲醇(55:45)为流动相,检测波长:280nm。结果:在92.00～920.00μg/ml的浓度范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好线性关系,回归方程Y=4.5083X+42.6615,r=0.9997(n=5),平均回收率为99.75%,RSD%=1.22%。结论:本方法操作简便,精密度高,结果准确,可作为鼻炎合剂的质量控制标准。Objective ：To establish a method for determination of baiealin in Biyan composition. Method： RP - HPLC was used to determine the baiealin in Biyan composition, the chromatographic column was Hypensil ODS2 column（4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm） with mobile phase consisted of 0.4% phosphoric acid- methanol（55：45 ） at detection wavelength of 280 nm. Result： The peak area and concentration displayed a good linearity at the range of 92.00 - 920.00 μg/ml; Y = 4.5083X ＋ 42. 6615 ,r = 0.9997（ n = 5 ）, the average recovery was 99.75% ,RSD%=1.22%. Conclusion： The method is simple to manipulate with high precision and accurate result, can be used as the quality standard for Biyan composition.
