摘 要:目的:研究参麦注射液的制备工艺,确定最佳工艺条件,提高产品收率。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验设计方法,对参麦注射液制备的反应条件进行优选,并采用HPLC法测定样品中人参皂苷Rb1的收率。结果:最佳工艺条件为煎煮时间1.5h,浓缩倍数1kg/L,101澄清剂(5%)添加量7%。结论:该方法可用于参麦注射液的工业化生产。Objective: To study the technique for preparation of Shenmai injection and select the best reacting conditions to increase the product yield. Methods: The optimum reaction conditions of Shenmai injection preparation were selected by orthogonal design method and the yield of ginsenosides Rbt in the samples was determined by HPLC. Results: The optimum reaction conditions were: the time of decoeting was 1.5 h; the multiplicity of concentrating is 1kg/L and the accession of 101clarifier (5%) was 7%. Conclusion: This technology of preparing Shenmai injection is available for industrial production.
