高血压病患者血压计持有及家庭自我血压监测状况调查

摘　　要：目的了解高血压病患者血压计持有及自我血压监测情况。方法采用电话询问方式了解500例高血压病患者血压计持有情况,并对其中的血压计持有者进行高血压相关知识、血压测量频率、测量时段、测量方法、血压及服药记录情况、定期血压计质控检测、血压计来源等方面内容调查。结果高血压病患者血压计持有率低,仅占15.6%;78例血压计持有者中仅10例在测量频率、测量时段、测量方法、血压及服药记录情况、定期血压计质控检测方面符合要求,占持有者的13%。结论高血压病患者的血压计持有率及有效使用率均低,应加强对高血压病患者血压自我监测的教育,以延缓并发症的发生,改善患者预后。The investigation was done by calling 500 hypertensive patients to understand whether they owned blood pressure meter. For the patients owning a meter, further investigation was done by inquiring about their hypertension-related knowledge, the frequency of examining the pressure, what time and how to examine the pressure, their blood pressure conditions and medicine taking, regular testing of blood pressure meter, and source of the blood pressure meters. Results The owning rate of blood pressure meters among hypertensives was low （15.6%）. Among the 78 hypertensive owning a meter, only 10 of them met the requirements in examining frequency, examining time point, methods, records of blood pressure and medicine taking, taking up 13%. Conclusion The owning rate and effective use rate of blood pressure meter are lower. It is necessary to intensify the health education on self- monitoring of blood pressure to slow the deterioration of hypertension and improve the prognosis.
