摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了SO42-/TiO2固体超强酸催化剂,对直接杏黄染料水样和实际染料废水进行SO42-/TiO2固体超强酸光催化降解。探讨了催化剂投加量、反应时间、光强、染料溶液浓度、pH值对染料脱色率的影响。结果表明,当投加量为2 g/L,反应5 m in,光距为75 mm,染料溶液浓度为30~50 mg/L,pH值为8左右时,染料脱色率较高。直接杏黄染料脱色率达97%,CODC r去除率达77%。实际染料废水的脱色率达93%,CODC r去除率可达71%以上。SO42-/TiO2固体超强酸再生后催化活性基本不变,可重复使用。SO4^2-/TiO2 Solid superacid catalysts were prepared by sol-gel method, photocatalytic degradation of dyestuff wastewater by SO4^2-/TiO2 solid superacid. The influence of catalyst quantity and reaction time and light strong and dyestuff concentration and pH value on dyestuff decolour rate were discussed. The result indicates that when quantity of catalyst is 2 g/L, reaction time is 5 min, light distance is 75 mm,dyestuff concentration is 30 ~ 50 mg/L,pH value is 8, decolour rate of dyestuff is over 97%, CODCr removal is over 77%. Reality decolour rate is over 93% ,CODCr removal is over 71%. Catalytic activity is not changable, can also reused.
