摘 要:目的研究白藜芦醇对正常豚鼠心室肌细胞延迟整流钾电流的影响,旨在探讨白藜芦醇抗心律失常作用机制。方法酶解法分离豚鼠单个心室肌细胞,应用全细胞膜片钳技术研究白藜芦醇对豚鼠单个心室肌细胞钾电流的影响。结果白藜芦醇可明显增强慢性激活延迟整流钾电流(IKS),并呈剂量依赖性。结论白藜芦醇可增强IKS,缩短动作电位时程(APD)。Objective To investigate the effects of resveratrol on the potassium current in guinea pig ventricular myocytes. Methods Enzyme digestion was performed to isolate single ventricular myocyte of guinea pig and whole-cell patch-clamp technique was used to record potassium current. Results In ventricular myocytes of guinea pig, the slow component of the cardiac delayed rectified potassium current (IKS) Was enhanced by resveratrol in a concentration dependent manner; whereas the rapid component of the cardiac delayed rectified potassium current (IKr) was not changed by resveratrol. Conclusion Its underlying mechanism is the shortening of AID through selective enhancement of IKS.
