摘  要:目的探讨维生素E(VE)对老年雌性大鼠抗氧化作用和海马神经元凋亡调节作用。方法用生化法测定血清总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)和丙二醛(MDA);用TUNEL法检测海马神经元凋亡。结果与老年对照组相比,各VE组T-SOD活力有所升高但无显著性差异;各VE组、雌激素组MDA含量均显著降低(P<0.01);各VE组、雌激素组神经元凋亡百分率均显著降低(P<0.01)。结论在老年雌性大鼠中,VE具有较强的对抗自由基损伤作用,并可显著降低神经元凋亡的发生率。Objective To observe the effect of vitamin E(VE) supplementation on antioxidation capacity and hippocampus neuron apoptosis in senile female mrs. Methods The levels of total superoxide dismutas (T- SOD) and malondialdelyde (MDA) in serum were measured by biochemical method; neuron apoptosis in hippocampus was detected by TUNEL assay. Results Compared with senile control group, the activities of T-SOD were not significantly increased in VE groups; the levels of MDA were significantly decreased both in VE groups and in estrogen group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Neuron apoptosis rotes were decreased significantly both in VE groups and in estrogen group (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion VE can defend the injury of free radical and significantly reduce the apoptosis in senile female rats.
