摘 要:目的:观察纳米载银无机抗菌剂对牙科磷酸锌水门汀黏结系统黏结性能的影响。方法:实验于2005-11/2006-01在解放军第四军医大学口腔医院实验室(全军重点实验室)完成。①实验材料:选择因治疗需要拔除的成年男性无龋新鲜人磨牙50颗,拔除30d以内,贮存于37℃生理盐水中,实验经医院伦理委员会审批,患者知情同意并自愿捐献。牙科磷酸锌水门汀、纳米载银无机抗菌剂。②实验分组:根据预实验结果,采用球磨机将磷酸锌水门汀粉剂和纳米载银无机抗菌剂混匀,分别将质量分数为0.005,0.010,0.015,0.020的纳米载银无机抗菌剂加入磷酸锌水门汀中,分别为质量分数为0.005,0.010,0.015,0.020的纳米载银无机抗菌剂组,磷酸锌水门汀中不加纳米载银无机抗菌剂为空白对照组,通过测量剪切强度检测纳米载银无机抗菌剂对牙科磷酸锌水门汀黏结性能的影响。结果:质量分数为0.005,0.020的纳米载银无机抗菌剂组剪切强度明显低于空白对照组[分别为(1.12±0.17),(1.45±0.16),(2.32±0.26)MPa],差异有显著性意义(F=94.42,P<0.05);质量分数为0.010,0.015的纳米载银无机抗菌剂组剪切强度与空白对照组相近[分别为(2.36±0.20),(2.15±0.16),(2.32±0.26)MPa],差异无显著性意义(F=2.80,P>0.05)。结论:纳米载银无机抗菌剂对磷酸锌水门汀的黏结性能有一定的影响。AIM: To observe the effects of nanometer silver-based inorganic antimicrobial agents on the stickiness performance of zinc phosphate cement system. METHODS: The experiment was performed at the laboratory of Stomatological Hospital of the Fourth Military Medical University of Chinese PLA from November 2005 to January 2006. ①Fifty fresh grinding teeth of adult men that had been extracted within 30 days due to treatment were stored in normal saline at 37 ℃. The study was permitted by the Ethics Committee, and the informed consent was obtained from the patients. ②According to the pre-experiment results, the zinc phosphate cement was mixed evenly with silver-based inorganic antimicrobial agents at mass fractions of 0.005, 0.010, 0.015, and 0.020 using ball mill, and served as nanometer silver-based inorganic antimicrobial agents of various mass fraction groups, and zinc phosphate cement without nanometer silver-based inorganic antimicrobial agents served as control group. The influence of zinc phosphate cement on the stickiness performance of nanometer inorganic antimicrobial agents was evaluated by measuring the shearing strength of each group. RESULTS: The shearing strength of 0.005 and 0.020 mass fraction groups was significantly lower than that of the control group [(1.12±0.17), (1.45±0.16), (2.32±0.26) MPa, F=94.42, P 〈 0.05], and the 0.010 and 0.015 doses groups was similar to that of the control group [(2.36±0.20), (2.15±0.16), (2.32±0.26) MPa, F =2.80, ,P 〉 0.05]. CONCLUSION: Nanometer inorganic antimicrobial agents could influence the stickiness performance of zinc phosphate cement to some extent.
