摘  要:目的:考察新研制的真正集深低温冷冻治疗与高温热疗功能于一体的先进肿瘤治疗临床试验设备(冷热聚能刀,中国科学院理化技术研究所自主研制开发)的实际工作性能,为后期的临床实验提供初步而又有价值的参考依据。方法:将冷热刀探针(外径5mm)置于空气、明胶、猪肉以及活体兔子组织中实施局部靶向的快速冷冻(-196℃)及升温(88℃)试验,以检测探针外壁、针尖内部以及周边测温点的温度响应特性,并观察冰球的生长过程;同时,还基于红外热像仪及数码相机,对相应的冷冻及升温效果进行影像评估。结果:冷热刀工作时,探针刀头外壁总体上能在大约4min以内下降到极低温度(约-160℃),并维持稳定;而当冷热刀处于升温阶段时,刀头外壁温度可迅速上升,在大约2min左右即达到80℃,冰球紧贴刀杆部分随即熔化。结论:冷热刀临床试验设备具有优异的快速冷冻和高强度加热功能,可望在肿瘤的高效微创治疗上发挥关键作用。AIM: To evaluate the working performance of the newly constructed system capable of performing both cryosurgical and hyperthermia treatment, which is produced by Institute of Physics and Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Science, and provide a highly advanced modality for tumor treatment and a preliminary valuable references for future clinical application. METHODS: A series of experiments including in vitro test such as in air, gel, fresh pork and in vivo measurement on rabbit were performed by fast local targeted freezing (-196℃)/heating (88 %) so as to detect the temperature responses at the interior and outside of the probe (outside diameter 5 mm), as well as within surrounding samples. Iceball formation was also observed in real time. Meanwhile infrared camera and digital camera were selected to evaluate the effectiveness of experiments by image. RESULTS, The temperature of the sample close to probe tip generally decreased to -160 ℃ within only about 4 minutes after freezing started, and then kept the stable and lowest temperature. While heating proceed, the target temperature increased to 80℃ within 2 minutes and icebaU near the probe would melt immediately. CONCLUSION: Working performance of this clinical-test-purpose equipment is superior to the currently existing system due to its outstanding combined fast freezing/heating feature. The new system is expected to find significant applications in minimally invasive treatment of cancer in high performance.
