大剂量血栓通联合三磷酸胞苷治疗突聋的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察大剂量血栓通治疗突发性聋的临床疗效及安全性。方法将168例(176耳)突发性聋患者按照就诊顺序分成血栓通组92例(94耳)和对照组76例(82耳)。血栓通组使用血栓通冻干粉针联合三磷酸胞苷治疗,对照组采用复方丹参注射液治疗。两组在治疗前后2d开始每3d用纯音电测听测试患者的听力。结果血栓通组和对照组在治疗前平均听阈统计学无明显差异,治疗后,血栓通组总有效率98.96%,治愈率65.96%,对照组总有效率80.49%,治愈率20.73%,血栓通组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论按该联合方案及剂量暂未发现明显不良反应,血栓通联合CTP治疗突发性聋的临床疗效显著,使用安全。Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of large dose of Xueshuantong combined with cytidini triphosphatis（CTP） on sudden deafness. Methods The patients suffering from sudden deafness were randomly divided into two groups： the Xueshuantong group and the control group. The Xueshuantong group were treated with Xueshuantong drops plus CTP . The control group were treated with compound Danshen Injections instead of Xueshuantong and CTP drops. Results The effective rate of the XueshuanTong group was 98.96% and that of the control group was 80.49% ;the curative effect of Xueshuantong group was better（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Large dose of Xueshuantong combined with cytidini triphosphatis（CTP） is effective and safe for sudden deafness.
