摘 要:目的:结缔组织生长因子主要由间质组织产生,对人体不同组织和细胞发挥着不同的调控功能,参与创伤愈合,与病理性瘢痕的形成有着密切的关系。文章对结缔组织生长因子与病理性瘢痕研究进展作一综述。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline1991-09/2006-05期间的相关文章,检索词为“connective tissue growth factor”,并限定文章语言种类为English。同时计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库1994-01/2006-05期间的相关文章,检索词为“结缔组织生长因子”,并限定文章语言种类为中文。资料选择:对资料进行初审,并查看每篇文献后的引文。纳入标准:①结缔组织生长因子及其受体。②影响结缔组织生长因子的因素及信号转导。③结缔组织生长因子与病理性瘢痕及治疗。排除标准:重复研究或Meta分析类文章。资料提炼:共收集到1253篇相关文献,47篇文献符合纳入标准,排除的1206篇文献为内容陈旧或重复。资料综合:生理状态下,结缔组织生长因子与胚胎的发育、间质组织的生长等有着非常重要的作用。病理情况下,它与多种组织器官的纤维化,肿瘤的生长与凋亡等有着密切的联系。结论:结缔组织生长因子在不同状况下发挥不同的作用,既可以促进创伤的愈合,过多分泌则又促进病理性瘢痕的产生。抗结缔组织生长因子中和抗体与结缔组织生长因子反义寡核苷酸可抑制其促病理性瘢痕作用。OBJECTIVE: Connective tissue growth factor (CTGF), produced by interstitial tissue mainly, plays regulating and controlling effects in different tissues and cells. It participates in wound healing, and has close correlations with the formation of pathological scar. This paper reviews the research process of CTGF on pathological scar. DATA SOURCES: An online search of Medline database was undertaken by using the keywords of "connective tissue growth factor" to identify the articles published in English between September 1991 and May 2006. At the same time, Chinese Journals Full-text Database was retrieved for the relevant articles published in Chinese from January 1994 to May 2006, with the keyword of "connective tissue growth factor". STUDY SELECTION: All the articles about CTGF were selected primarily and the full texts were searched for. Inclusive criteria:①CTGF and its receptor;②influencing factor and signal transduction of CTGF;③CTGF and the treatment of the pathological scar. Exclusive criteria: repetitive study or Meta analysis. DATA EXTRACTION: Totally 1 253 articles were collected, 47 of them accorded with the inclusive criteria, while other 1 206 were deleted due to outdated or repetitive contents. DATA SYNTHESIS: In physiological state, CTGF plays an important role in embryonal development, interstitial tissue growth and so on. Under pathological circumstances, CTGF has close correlations with tissues and organs fibrosis, tumorous development and apoptosis, etc. CONCLUSION: CTGF plays different roles in different states. It can promote wound healing, its over-secretion promotes the pathological scar production. CTGF neutralization antibody and antisense oligonucleotides can inhibit the promotion of pathological scar.
