摘　　要：本文主要讲述了iFIX人机界面软件在宝钢集团上钢五厂电渣中心燃气加热炉DCS控制系统中的应用,通过iFIX软件实现对DCS控制器的数据通讯和组态开发,从而实现8台加热炉动画监控、历史曲线管理、加热工艺曲线管理、加热实时曲线管理、报警记录等功能,并且讨论了iFIX组态中涉及到一些特殊功能实现的解决方案,从而为用户实现非常便捷友好的人机界面。This paper describes the application of iFIX HMI in the gas furnace DCS control center,the 5th factory of Baoshan Steel Group.By using iFIX software, the data communications of DCS controller configuration is developed, and the eight furnace control animations are achieved,which consist of the historical curve management, heating curve management, real-time heating-curve management, Alarm records, and other functions. Further more,we also discuss some special functions of the iFIX configuration ,which provides the solution to achieve convenient user friendly interface.
