摘　　要：本文详细的介绍了目前我国半合成青霉素的开发现状。指出了目前我国半合成青霉素在研制生产上存在着品种单调、剂型少、产量低的主要问题。针对上述存在的问题和半合成青霉素的发展趋势，提出了4个有发展前途的半合成青霉素，希望对我国医药科研部门、生产企业和有关方面有所帮助。This paper presents the current situation of development of semi-synthetic penicillins in China and points out that the main problems in research and production of semi-synthetic penicillins are undiversified kinds and forms of drugs and low output To counter the above-mentioned problems and to keep pace with the developing tendency, we propose four kinds of promising semi-synthetic penicillins with the hope that it will be helpful to the departments concerned.
