摘 要:为了提高颜料铝粉的耐腐蚀性能,通过原位聚合法在其表面进行了丙烯酸-苯乙烯共聚包覆,获得了原位聚合的优化条件,并运用SEM与粒度测试对包覆样品进行了分析。结果表明:丙烯酸-苯乙烯原位共聚包覆铝粉能够极大地改善铝粉的耐腐蚀性能;其优化条件是:反应温度为85℃、反应时间为1h、m(丙烯酸+苯乙烯)/m(Al)为15%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮用量为1.5g、加料方式为同时滴加(丙烯酸+苯乙烯),此时缓蚀效率J最高可达98.2%。甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷在铝粉与聚合物之间起到“分子桥”的作用,使得共聚物能够牢固地包覆在铝粉表面,从而提高其耐腐蚀性能。In order to improve its anticorrosion property, aluminum pigment was encapsulated by in situ copolymerization of acrylic acid and styrene. And the optimum condition of in situ copolymerization was obtained. Moreover, the encapsulated samples were analyzed by SEM and granularity analysis. The result shows that the anticorrosion property of alum inu m powder can be insignificantly improved by copolymerization of acrylic acid and styrene. The optimum condition of in situ copolymerization is as follows: temperature is 85℃ ,time is 1 h, m(AA+St)/m(Al)= 10%, PVP amount is 1.5g, the charging mode is acrylic acid and styrene dropped together, and the inhibition efficiency J can attain 98.2%. MPS acts as "molecular bridge", which makes copolymer attach the surface of aluminum pigment tightly and improve its corrosion resistance.
