摘　　要：从不同经济发展水平应有不同的适应性分析体系思想出发,对公路网与经济发展关系进行了分析,划分了经济发展层次及公路网发展阶段,给出了定量划分标准,建立了不同经济层次和路网发展阶段的适应性评价指标体系,确定了各阶段指标的上、下界限值,提出了经济适应度与指标综合成熟度相结合的适应性评价方法,并以黑龙江省公路网为例,进行了实例应用。Based on the idea that the different economy development level should be equipped with different adaptability analysis system, this paper presents the relations between the road network and economy development, including the following aspects： the division of the economy development grade and the road network development seedtime, the proposal of the ration standard, the establishment of the adaptability evaluation target system with different economy development grades and road network seedtime, the definition of the index＇s upper limit and lower limit, and suggestion of the adaptability evaluation method combining the economy adaptability with the index integrated maturation. The paper takes the Heilongliang road network as a case study.
