摘  要:目的:观察未变性乳清蛋白对支气管哮喘儿童抗氧化酶系统的影响。方法:采集30例健康儿童血标本;收集56例哮喘患儿资料,随机分为治疗组30例,采用未变性乳清蛋白加普米克(布地奈德气雾剂)治疗;对照组26例,单用普米克治疗。分别测定健康儿童、对照组及治疗组儿童红细胞浆内总谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性。结果:支气管哮喘儿童红细胞总GSH含量较健康儿童减少,GSH-PX活性降低;治疗组较对照组红细胞GSH含量及GSH-PX活性有明显提高。结论:未变性乳清蛋白能有效提高支气管哮喘患儿红细胞浆中GSH水平,增加GSH-PX活性。Objective: To investigate the antioxidative effect of undenatured whey protein on asthma children's erythrocyte. Methods: Arterial blood sample were taken from 30 healthy children. 56 asthma children's information were collected and randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group had 30 cases which were given undenatured whey protein and Pulmicort (Budesonide Aerosol), the control group had 26 cases which were given Pulmicort . Cord blood samples of healthy children and two groups of asthma children were taken to determine reduced glutathione (GSH) and activity of glutathione peroxidase ( GSH - PX) in erythrocyte intracytoplasm. Results : Reduced glutathione and activity of glutathione peroxidase in asthma children were lower than that in healthy children, and the treatment group's were higher than the control group's. Conclusion : Reduced glutathione and activity of glutathione peroxidase with undenatured whey protein are increased.
