摘 要:为了探讨下丘脑对妊娠的调节作用,采用免疫组织化学SP法研究了妊娠中期,正常妊娠大鼠及流产大鼠下丘脑内IFN-γ阳性神经元的形态与分布,同时利用图像分析软件测定了其灰度值。结果显示,正常妊娠大鼠和流产大鼠IFN-γ主要在下丘脑的视前大细胞核、室旁核、视上核、下丘脑前核等部位分布,而流产大鼠的IFN-γ阳性细胞数多于正常妊娠组且表达强于正常妊娠组。表明IFN-γ在下丘脑的表达对妊娠大鼠的神经内分泌调节有重要影响。To approach the regulation of hypothalamus on pregnancy,immunohistochemistry SP method was used to investigate the morphous and distribution of IFN-γ-positive-neurons in hypothalamus of normal or abortion rats' during mid trimester of pregnancy. The gray scale value was also determined by using image analysis software. The results showed that IFN-γ-positive-neurons were distributed mainly in pre-opticus magno cellularis nucleus, paraventricular nucleus, supraoptic nucleus, anterior hypothalamic nucleus in both normal pregnancy and aborted rats' hypothalamus. While the number of IFN-γ-positive-neuron in hypothalamus of aborted rats'was larger than in normal pregnancy ones. IFN-γ was also expressed more strongly in aborted rats' hypothalamus. It can be concluded that the expression of IFN-γ in hypothalamus plays an important role in neuroendocrine regulation during pregnancy.
