摘 要:用脉冲恒流法制备了对甲苯磺酸(TSA)掺杂的聚苯胺(PANI).当脉冲通断时间}匕为30 ms:70 ms、平均脉冲电流密度为0.5 mA/cm^2、nTSA/npANI≥4时,制备的PANI-TSA膜的电化学活性和超电容特性良好;当放电电流密度为0.5 mA/cm^2时,比电容可达1 036 F/g.PANI-TSA膜在较宽的pH值范围内,电化学反应活性良好;当温度<160℃时,热稳定性艮好.SEM观察发现,PANI.TSA膜由长度约为1~2 μm、直径约为150 nm的纤维交织而成.The p-toluenesulfonic acid(TSA) doped nano-fibrous polyaniline(PANI) film was synthesized by pulse galvanostatic method(PGM). The electrochemical activity and capacitance property of the PANI-TSA film were fine when it was prepared under the condition of ton :toff of 30 ms : 70 ms, average pulse current density of 0.5 mA/cm^2 and concentration ratio above 4 between TSA and aniline. A specific capacitance of 1 036 F/g could be obtained at discharge current density of 0.5 mA/cm^2. The electrochemical activity of the PANI-TSA film was fine in a wide pH range, the thermal stability was fine under 160 ℃. The SEM observation found that the nano-fibrous PANI doped with TSA had a length of about 1 - 2 μm and a diameter of about 150 nm.
