摘  要:三峡永久船闸下游泄水箱涵位于基础强约束区,底板的允许最高温度为26℃,设计建议5~9月份不施工,但为满足控制性工期要求,夏季浇筑箱涵混凝土已不可避免.为达到满足箱涵混凝土浇筑允许的最高温度,必须采取切实有效的温控措施.主要介绍了通过采用优化施工配合比、预冷混凝土、初期通水冷却、及时覆盖保温被和流水养护等温控措施,对混凝土施工的全过程进行控制,现场温控取得了一定的效果,破堰进水验收前现场检查未出现裂缝.The downstream water discharge culvert of TGP's permanent shiplock is in strong constraint area,the permissible maximum temperature of bottom plate is 26℃,and the construction was suggested not being carried out in the period of May to September.But to meet the requirement of master construction period,the concrete placement for culvert must be carried out in summer.In order to control the maximum temperature of culvert concrete placement,the effective temperature control measures must be adopted.The main temperature control measures of concrete mix ratio,concrete pre-cooling,initial water cooling,timely covering and flowing water curing etc.are introduced.Through whole process control of concrete construction,the in-situ concrete temperature was controlled and no crack was checked out before filling water for check and acceptance.
