摘  要:目的 建立尿胱抑素C的检测方法,初步探讨其临床应用价值。方法 采用胶体金免疫比浊法检测尿中胱抑素C,并作方法学评价。同时对40例正常人和135例相关疾病患者检测尿中胱抑素C、α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)和β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG),比较3种蛋白在对照组和各疾病组的阳性率。结果 尿胱抑素C检测有较好的检测范围和良好的线性范围,总CV为5.01%,其他蛋白质对试验基本不存在影响。相对于α1-MG和β2-MG而言,尿胱抑素C有较高的灵敏度和特异性,没有明显昼夜节律。结论 尿胱抑素C是肾脏疾病时肾小管功能障碍的敏感指标。To establish a method for detecting urine cystatin C and to explore its clinical application. Methods The level of urine cystatin C was detected by colloidal gold immunoturbidimetry and the methodology appraisal was performed. Meanwhile, urine cystatin C, α1-microglobulin, and β2-microglobulin levels were determined in 135 patients and 40 healthy controls. The positive rates of the three proteins in urine were compared in various disease groups and healthy control group. Results The method had a wide detecting range and a well lineage, and its total CV was 5.01%. Other proteins had no strong effects on urine cystatin C detection. Urine cystatin C detection was more sensitive and specific than α1 microglobulin and β2-microglobulin. Urinary cystatin C was excreted without a circadian rhythm in all subjects. Conclusion Urine cystatin C is a sensitive and specific marker for nephric tubular disruption.
