高产、抗病隐性核不育油菜杂交种沪油杂1号的选育

摘　　要：沪油杂1号是利用隐性核雄性不育油菜两型系20118AB、临保系M-6029和恢复系沪油15三系育成的甘蓝型双低杂交种,芥酸含量为0.33%,硫苷含量为25.08μmol/g,含油量41.12%。在上海市油菜区域试验中,平均产量2 243.3 kg/hm^2,比对照汇油50和沪油15分别增产11.9%和3.8%;在国家长江中、下游油菜区域试验中,平均产量2 591.6 kg/hm^2,比对照中油821和皖油14分别增产15.35%和8.20%。沪油杂1号高抗油菜菌核病和病毒病。Huyouza 1 was bred through crossing between a restorer line Huyou 15 and a complete sterile line Hu 118A produced by a temporary maintainer line M-6029 and a recessive genic male sterile two-type line 20118AB in Brassica napus L. Its oil content in seeds was 41.12%, the erucic acid content in oil was 0.33%, and the glucosinolate content in meal was 25.08 μmol/g. In the Shanghai rapeseed regional test, the variety＇s seed yield was 2 474.6 kg/hm^2, 11.9% higher than that of the control variety Huiyou 50 and 3.8% higher than that of the control variety Huyou 15. In the regional test of middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze, its seed yield was 2 591.6 kg/hm^2, 15.35% higher than that of the control variety Zhongyou 821 and 8.20% higher than that of the control variety Wanyou 14. Huyouza 1 had high resistance to sclerotinium blight and virus disease.
