摘　　要：在对民族文化旅游村村民培训的内容、方式、实施、培训评估论述的基础上,提出了民族文化旅游村迅速提高旅游从业人员综合素质的途径。This article expounds the contents, forms, the detailed rules and regulation of implementation and training assessment on training the villagers of the ethnic culture tourist viuage, and the approach of increasing the comprehensive qualities of the tourist jobholders in the ethnic culture tourist village has been raised.
