摘　　要：目的观察IFN-α是否具有抗日本血吸虫病肝纤维化的作用及疗效.方法以日本血吸虫尾蚴感染IcR小鼠造成肝纤维化模型.10周后顿服吡喹酮杀虫治疗,继以IFN-α皮下注射治疗,并与模型对照组和0.9%氯化钠注射液治疗组比较.肝脏组织切片作苏木素-伊红、苦味酸-酸性品红染色,观察肝脏虫卵肉芽肿平均大小、胶原面积百分比及肝纤维化程度(SSS评分).结果IFN-α治疗组肝脏虫卵肉芽肿平均大小缩小(P<0.05)、胶原面积百分比降低(P<0.05)、SSS评分较模型对照组下降>2分(P<0.05).结论IFN-α治疗小鼠日本血吸虫病肝纤维化有效.Objective To observe the effect of interferon alpha on the inhibition of murine schistosomiasis japonica hepatic fibrosis and the degree of it. Methods Murine models of liver fibrosis were induced with cercariae of Wan＇ e strain Schistosoma japonicum. 10 weeks after the infection, the mice in infected untreated control group sacrificed and mice in IFN - α treated group and 0. 9% liquor of sodium chloride treated group were given praziquantel （PZQ） in a single oral dose of 100 mg/kg body weight on the same day to kill adult worms. IFN - α 1b and 0. 9% liquor of sodium chloride were administrated respectively in these two groups via hypodermic injection next day. 8 weeks later, livers of sacrificed mice were sectioned and stained with HE and van Gieson （VG）. The mean sizes of egg granulomas and the collagen in murine livers, and the score of the semi - quantitative score scheme （SSS） of liver fibrosis were measured to assess the curable effect of IFN - or. Results The mean sizes of egg granulomas reduced remarkably （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , the collagen in murine livers decreased significantly （P 〈 0. 05）, and the SSS score decreased obviously （ descent 〉 2, P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion IFN -α is effective to inhibit the progress of murine schistosomiasis japonica hepatic fibrosis.
