仙灵骨葆与鲑鱼降钙素合用治疗骨质疏松疼痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨使用仙灵骨葆和鲑鱼降钙素治疗骨质疏松的有效性、安全性和顺应性.方法采用随机对照试验设计,对180例骨质疏松病人分组,治疗组使用仙灵骨葆胶囊和鲑鱼降钙素鼻喷剂,对照组A单纯使用鲑鱼降钙素鼻喷剂,对照组B单纯使用仙灵骨葆胶囊.结果治疗后三组均有疗效,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组.结论仙灵骨葆和鲑鱼降钙素合用对治疗骨质疏松有良好疗效.Objective To investigate the effects of Xianlinggubao with osteoporosis, and their safety and adaptation included. Methods plus salcalcitonin on pain in the patient By random number generating method, 180 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group treated with Xianlinggubao capsule plus nasal spray of salcalcitonin, control group A only with nasal spray of salcalcitonin, and control group B only with Xianlinggubao capsule. Results All three groups could obtain curative effects, but the treatment group had much better effects than the two control ones. Conclusions Xianlinggubao plus salcalcitonin has definite therapeutic effects on pain in the patient with osteoporosis.
