摘 要:将城市作为一个生态系统,论述了其自然生态环境需水量的特征。基于水量平衡与水文循环基本原理,分别从绿地、河流、湖泊、地下水4个方面分析了城市生态环境需水量的计算方法。以太原市为例,进行了实证研究。预测各目标年(2010,2020,2030年)全市生态环境需水量分别为5163,6838,7163万m3;实施过程中考虑污水回用以及城市雨洪利用工程,为太原市保护水资源、合理开发配制利用水资源提供依据。In this paper, the characteristics of the water demand of urban eco-environmental are discussed by taking a city as an eco- system. Based on the basic principles of water balance and hydrological cycle, the calculation method for urban eco-environmental water demand is analyzed from the aspects of greenbelt, lakes, rivers, and groundwater, respectively. Case study of actual water demand of Taiyuan City is conducted. The annual eco-environmental water demand forecasted for the whole city in 2010, 2020, and 2030 are 51.63, 68. 38, 71.63 million m^3, respectively. In order to ensure the demand, the integrated scheme of pollution reuse as well as urban storm water utilization project is considered in practical implementation. The study can provide gist for water resources protection and reasonable development and allocation of water resources.
