摘  要:分析了混合办公废纸浆浮选前后以及浮选残渣中纤维和油墨粒子的形态,并对泡沫性能与固形物流失之间存在的联系进行了初步研究。结果表明,激光打印纸油墨粒子较难从纤维上剥离,容易和纤维黏结在一起被泡沫带出引起夹带;在碎解过程中加入填料,能够稳定泡沫性能,减少纤维夹带和固形物流失。The morphologies of fibers and ink particles of the deinking pulp of mixed office waste paper before and after flotation process were investigated. The relationship between foam stability and fiber entrainment was also studied. The results showed that ink particles of laser-printed paper were hard to be detached, which tended to cause fiber entrainment. Foam stability was affected not only by the property and dosage of deinking agents but also by the presence of fillers.
