摘 要:对麦草乙醇浆快速热置换洗涤工艺进行了研究,探讨了洗涤温度、乙醇质量分数、液比、洗涤段数、洗涤时间对纸浆卡伯值及得率的影响。结果表明,洗涤温度对降低麦草乙醇浆卡伯值的贡献最显著,卡伯值从122降低到36.3;乙醇质量分数、液比和洗涤段数也有一定影响,而洗涤时间对降低卡伯值的作用不明显。麦草乙醇浆最佳洗涤条件为:乙醇质量分数70%,液比1∶30,每段洗涤时间30min,洗涤温度145℃,洗涤段数3。该洗涤条件下麦草乙醇浆卡伯值为38.1,得率47.5%。The rapid heat replacement washing process for ethanol wheat straw pulp washing was studied in the lab, the effects of washing temperature, ethanol concentration, ratio of liquid-to-feedstock, washing stages and washing time on kappa number and screened yield of the pulp were investigated. The results showed that washing temperature has the greatest influence on kappa number and screened yield of the pulp, and the kappa number decreases from 122 to 36.3 after washing. The ratio of liquid-to-feedstock, ethanol concentration and washing stages have less important effect. The optimal washing condition is as follows: washing temperature 145℃, ethanol concentration 70%, liquid-to-feedstock ratio 1 : 30, washing stages 3 and washing time 30 min. Under these conditions, the kappa number of the ethanol pulp is 38.1, and the yield is 47.5%.
