摘 要:以麦草碱木素为原料,通过磺化共聚的方法合成一种水煤浆分散剂(MSL)。研究发现,该分散剂的分子质量和磺酸基含量是影响其对水煤浆分散降黏能力的主要因素。在MSL不同分子质量分布的级分中,较高分子质量的级分对水煤浆具有较好的分散降黏能力,然而分子质量过高不利于对水煤浆的降黏作用。MSL对水煤浆的分散降黏能力远优于木素磺酸钠,与萘系水煤浆分散剂相当,对水煤浆的稳定性优于萘系分散剂。By using sulfonafion and eopolymerizafion methods, the wheat straw alkali lignin was modified as a dispersant of coal water slurry (CWS). The molecular structure of the modified product was studied and the molecular weight and the sulfonic group content were found to be the key factors affecting its capability for reducing the viscosity of CWS. This copolymer product (MSL) has higher capability for reducing the viscosity of CWS when it has proper molecular weight (the mass average molecular weight is about 8000 - 9000) and higher sulfonic group content. Different fractions of the MSL were obtained by ultrafiltrafing and used to prepare CWS. The results showed that the fractions with higher molecular weight are more effective for reducing the viscosity of CWS, but too high molecular weight leads to viscosity increase of CWS. Comparison with other dispersants of CWS showed that MSL has much better dispersing effect than lignosulphonatc, and is similar to naphthalenosulfonate-formaldehyde condensate. Generally, MSL belongs to a new type of high performance lignin series dispersant of CWS.
