机械浆质量及抄造工艺对含机械浆未涂布纸表面强度的影响

摘　　要：探讨了机械浆质量、纸的抄造工艺对含机械浆未涂布纸表面强度的影响;分析了含机械浆未涂布纸表面强度测定过程中所脱落的纸毛及纸张抄造过程中压榨、干燥等处纸毛的纤维组成。结果表明,生产含机械浆未涂布纸时,配用的机械木浆质量尤其是纤维束含量对其表面强度的影响起主要作用。另外,还介绍了提高含机械木浆纸表面强度的途径。This paper discussed the effects of mechanical pulp quality and papermaking process on the surface strength of uncoated wood-containing paper; the components of the lints from surface strength testing and press section, dryers ＆ winder of paper machine were analyzed. The result showed that the mechanical pulp quality, especially the shives content, dominates the surface strength of uncoated wood-containing paper. The approaches to upgrade the quality of mechanical pulp and optimize the papermaking process so that to improve the surface strength of the uncoated woodcontaining paper are discussed.
