急性外伤性脑干血肿的综合治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨外伤性脑干血肿的诊断、治疗。方法分析27例外伤性脑干血肿的临床特点、治疗经过以及预后。结果27例中19例经过保守治疗,8例经过手术治疗。随访6个月至2年,按GOS分级:良好12例,中残5例,重残3例,植物生存2例,死亡5例。结论手术治疗、高压氧、亚低温、GM-1等综合治疗是目前治疗外伤性脑干血肿的主要方法。Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic stem hemorrhage. Methods Clinical state, treatment and prognosis of 27 patients with stem hemorrhage were analyzed . Results 19 patients were cured with Conservative treatment, 8 patients were cured with surgical treatment, Vith 6 months to 2 years follow- up, 12 cases achieved a good recovery, 5 moderate disability, 3 severe deficits, 2 cases were in persistent vegetative state and 5 cases died. Conclusion Synthesis treatments including surgery, hyperbaric oxygen （HBO）, hypothermia and medication（GM- 1） are the main way to treat stem hemorrhage.
